Northwest Austin Rotary Club packed 440 weekend meals for students who lost their subsidized meals offered during the school week.

We put the call out, and many answered. On Saturday, October 16, over 60 volunteers showed up at the Cedar Park YMCA to help pack nearly 9,000 meals. Northwest Austin purchased raw materials from The Outreach Program, and with the help of area Rotary members and community volunteers, nearly 7,000 packaged meals were prepared.
ShelterBox has provided aid to over 2 million people since 2000, we could not have reached them without clubs like yours. The global pandemic has not stopped our efforts, your help provided aid to over 33,000 families in 2020, and over 13,000 households in the first half of 2021.
