A special thanks go out to club president Debbie Tam, Raezel Poplawski, and Roger Nichols for getting up at 5 a.m. to make the 7 a.m. registration!

Every summer since 2014, Camp Agape has held an Annual 5K Memorial Run in the heart of Marble Falls, TX, focused on the memory of lost loved ones and their families. This year our team not only sponsored the Camp Agapes' run, but we also showed up to share with the runners and viewers all the amazing things that Northwest Austin Rotary and Rotary International support.

If you would like to learn more about Camp Agape and how they work with children affected by cases of suicide, murder, drunk driving, cancer, heart attacks, drug overdoses, and sadly, even more. They work to improve children’s lives and equip their families with the tools to help the entire family through the pain, anguish, and ambiguity of the trauma that is grief due to the loss of a loved one.

Camp Agape is a 501(c)(3), Non-Profit Organization that supports children between 7 and 12 years of age who have suffered the loss of a loved one. They offer the fun and activities of a summer camp along with a creative program focused on helping children work with their loss, learn from their grief, and find new hope from their loss. The four-day program is offered at no cost to the children through sponsorships by private, community, and corporate giving. A world where everyone has hope after loss.
