Don't miss the ceremonyThe students learn the traits that knights possess and how they can live with those traits to become modern-day knights and make the right choices. The knighting ceremony is where each selected student from each class receives a medallion from a knight representing the current trait. Then they become part of the Gallery of Champions at their school. This program teaches the students a code to live by and improves discipline at the school by at least thirty-five to fifty percent, giving the teachers more valuable teaching time. |

Come out and join other Rotarians, Austinites, and concerned citizens to once-and-for-all help eradicate polio.Since 1985 Rotarians worldwide have been united in the efforts to eradicate this deadly disease. Even though it’s no longer present in the USA, it still exists in very few countries worldwide. It’s Rotary’s signature “cause,” and we need your help to raise funds to help finish the fight. On October 24th from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Whitestone Brewery in Cedar Park, all proceeds from the sale of beverage(s) of your choice will get matched 2:1, thanks to the generous support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. That’s right… every $100 raised will turn into $300 of support for global eradication efforts. So enjoy your beverage of choice while meeting other great people and supporting a VERY worthwhile cause! |

WHO PUT FUN INTO FUNDS!Come on out and have fun while earning funds for the Club. When we serve at the HEB center, we make money for the general fund for the club. This goes a long way in paying our expenses and helps us expand the club. So come on out and have a few laughs with your fellow Rotarians and others while capturing the excitement of the game. No TABC license is required, but we encourage you to get a very easy certification. https://www.360training.com/course/tabc-seller-server-training |
